Baptist Minor Medical Center and Baptist Urgent Care (the two brand names are used interchangeably across the network) are the urgent care arm of Baptist Memorial Health Care — same-day walk-in evaluation for minor illness and injury (sinus, UTI, flu/COVID, sore throat, sprains, lacerations, simple fractures), staffed by board-certified family and emergency medicine providers. All visits feed into Baptist OneCare Epic shared with the 25 Baptist affiliate hospitals.

Baptist Memorial accepts BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, Medicare, and TennCare (Tennessee Medicaid). Major in-network plans include BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas (Baptist is the dominant Mid-South BCBS provider in many counties), Cigna, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Tricare, Medicare, and Tennessee/Mississippi/Arkansas Medicaid Managed Care plans (TennCare, MS CHIP, AR Medicaid).
